We are seeking a Home Warranty Claims Representative to handle inbound, high-volume claims calls and coordinate repairs for homeowners.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site: 15510 Wright Brothers Dr, Addison, TX 75078

Pay

• $19/hour

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound claims calls from homeowners
• Review coverage, reports, and estimates
• Communicate claim decisions clearly
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs
• Manage multiple claims in a fast-paced call center environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in home warranty, insurance claims, property management, dispatch, or call center
• Comfortable handling high call volume and case management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliances
