Claims Representative I

🏢 Davies Claims North America is seeking an entry-level Claims Representative I to support the handling, investigation, and resolution of minor property damage and bodily injury claims arising out of MTA operations . This role works under close supervision and is ideal for someone building a foundation in transit liability and claims management.

💼 What You'll Handle

• Minor auto property damage claims

• Minor bodily injury claims

• Claims arising from MTA transit operations

• Claim investigations, documentation, and resolution

• Files with multiple claimants

• Other duties required to meet performance standards

Caseload: Approximately 150–175 claims , typically reserved at $10,000 or less

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience investigating, handling, or settling:

– Automobile property damage claims

– Bodily injury claims

– General liability claims

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with close supervision

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
