We help people securely reclaim money that already belongs to them by simplifying the unclaimed assets process. We work with a high volume of online submissions and sensitive information so accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.

We’re looking for a full-time Claims Review & Data Accuracy Specialist to review incoming submissions, verify details, correct errors, and keep our pipeline clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to carefully review and verify online claim submissions. Daily tasks include:

• Reviewing incoming online claims for completeness and accuracy
• Comparing customer-provided information with internal records and external data sources
• Identifying missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and updating records where appropriate
• Flagging discrepancies, potential fraud, or issues that need escalation
• Requesting additional documents or clarification from claimants via email/portal when needed
• Approving, rejecting, or routing submissions according to internal guidelines
• Maintaining clear notes and documentation in our systems/CRMs
• Following structured workflows and checklists to ensure consistency and quality

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 1–3 years in a detail-focused role such as claims processing, verification, underwriting support, data review, compliance, or similar
• Experience handling sensitive data (e.g. financial, legal, or medical info) is a strong plus

Skills & Traits

• Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive review work
• Strong ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and red flags
• Clear, professional written communication for concise follow-ups
• Comfortable using online systems, web forms, and basic spreadsheets
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own workload and deadlines
• Able to follow established processes and standard operating procedures

Nice-to-Haves (Not required)

• Background in claims, legal administration, financial services, or compliance
• Experience with CRMs or case management tools
• Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work environment

Work Environment & Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Location: Based in or near Miami, FL
• Hybrid Setup:
• Majority of work can be done remotely
• Some required in-office days for training, meetings, and certain tasks

You’ll work closely with our operations team and leadership to ensure submissions are accurate and ready to move forward.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $23.00/hour
• Training provided on all internal systems, workflows, and quality standards
