Duties

• Manage and follow up on claims (cargo, accidents, damages)
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and insurance companies
• Monitor and resolve safety-related incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Support prevention efforts to reduce recurring issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking (safety, claims)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active cases at once

Pay: $52,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
