Position Overview
This isn’t your average customer service role. As a Claims Specialist / Customer Experience Representative, you’ll play a key role in protecting the customer experience and strengthening relationships with our clients.
You’ll be resolving concerns, managing claims, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether you're handling a complex issue or guiding a customer to a solution, your work will make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and claims in a professional and timely manner
Investigate and resolve customer issues through research and fact-finding
Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and written documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient claim resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and claims
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
Assist in resolving escalated issues and conflicts
Experience & Skills
Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills
High level of attention to detail with strong research and fact-finding abilities
Ability to empathize and show compassion in customer interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred (but not required):
Experience working with government agencies (e.g., Attorney General) or regulatory bodies (e.g., BBB, Google, insurance claims)
Familiarity with Field Routes, GoTo, or Pronto
