The Law Office of Domingo Garcia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our team. Our firm is dedicated to advocating for our clients and providing high-quality legal services, particularly in personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with insurance companies and handling claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle insurance claims throughout the pre-litigation process
• Communicate with insurance adjusters
• Review and analyze insurance policies, coverage, and liability
• Support attorneys and case managers
• Track claim progress and ensure timely follow-ups and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with insurance claims (personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset
