About the Role

We are looking for a Claims Processing Specialist – Dental & Vision to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare or claims processing, as well as those who bring transferable skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll handle both dental and vision claim types, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Dental Claims

• Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility.
• Submit accurate claims using CDT codes.
• Manage claim denials and appeals.
Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure timely posting.

Vision Claims

• Verify patient information and procedure codes.
• Process claims in accordance with plan rules and coverage.
• Handle both routine and complex claim types.
• Ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or claims processing (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
• Familiarity with dental and/or vision terminology (a plus).
• Proficiency with insurance systems and claims platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines under pressure.
