Claims Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist German Auto Hub and Collision | Plano, TX $20/hr | Full-Time | On-Site

We're a busy auto repair shop in Plano looking for a organized, thick-skinned front desk person who can learn insurance claims and keep the front office running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers and manage front desk intake
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters on repair claims
• Track claim status and follow up to keep things moving
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
• Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Location: 1780 Millard Dr, Plano, TX 75074. Local candidates only. Must be able to start soon.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
