Position Overview

As a Claims Support Specialist, you will support our revenue operations by working within structured processing queues related to claim and payment workflows.

This role is responsible for:

  • Posting claim and payment data
  • Performing insurance follow-up related to payment status
  • Resolving payment-related discrepancies

This is a production and execution-focused role, where success is measured by speed, accuracy, and consistency. This is a full-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately post claim and payment data into internal systems
  • Perform insurance follow-up via phone, portal, and email to obtain payment information
  • Work payment-related denials and discrepancies
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all activity
  • Follow standardized workflows and procedures for each assigned queue
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
  • Utilize systems including Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Other Duties, as assigned

  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with clear metrics

Experience in data entry, banking, or similar high-accuracy environments is preferred but not required.

Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office setting with sit-stand workstations available to support comfort and movement throughout the day.
