Cross Timbers Dental is looking for an experienced Claims Specialist / Insurance Billing Specialist to join our growing dental team.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

Minimum 3 years of dental insurance experience
Experience submitting and following up on dental claims
Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans and appeals
Experience posting insurance payments and reconciling accounts
Confidence communicating with insurance companies and patients
Excellent organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities Include:
Insurance claim submission and follow-up
Filing insurance appeals
Posting insurance payments
Reviewing EOBs and resolving discrepancies
Patient statement processing
Maintaining accurate documentation in CareStack
Helping patients understand insurance balances and claims
