Class 1 HGV Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Class 1 HGV driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and overnights.

Duties

• Operate artic bulk tipper for the transportation of goods to designated locations
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet schedule requirements
• Carry out daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness, reporting any defects
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 HGV driving licence
• Clean driving licence
• Valid Drivers CPC & Digital Tacho Card
• Valid MPQC Skills Card & MP Connect Subscription
• Proven experience with bulk tippers
• Sound understanding of EU Drivers Rules Regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour
