Happy Trucking Inc seeks flatbed tractor trailer driver that takes pride in delivering results. If you’re motivated, reliable, and want your performance to directly impact your earnings, this opportunity is for you!

Our compensation rewards you on: total revenue generated INCLUDING fuel surcharges; DOT compliance; time employed at Happy; turning in paperwork daily; fuel surcharge and tiered bonuses based on gross weekly revenue. Our drivers are home every weekend and run mostly Eastern and Central time zones in assigned equipment.

Announcing our new Mentor program: Once a team member has demonstrated a “get it done” attitude and understanding of all systems they become eligible to be a mentor to drivers just joining Happy. The Happy Mentor then earns a percentage of the new driver’s results (paid by Happy)! So you will have passive income generated by other drivers that you receive weekly!
