Location: Primary Facility – Houston, TX, Midland, TX or Port Lavaca, TX Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Overtime and weekends required. Compensation: Hourly pay, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Weekly pay via direct deposit (W2). Reports To: Transportation Manager

Economy Transportation and Logistics (ETL) is seeking experienced, safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing Transport team. Drivers will haul a variety of equipment including tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry vans supporting oilfield and industrial operations throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arizona, and surrounding areas.
This position requires drivers to work and travel out of town on either a 3-week rotation with 1 week home time or a 6-week rotation with 2 weeks home time, depending on operational needs. Company-provided accommodation is available during out-of-town assignments.

Drivers may be cross-trained on multiple trailer and product divisions based on business needs.
Responsibilities
-
Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
-
Safely transport and deliver products in a professional, timely, and efficient manner
-
Properly load and unload products at customer locations
-
Connect and disconnect hoses; operate pumps and valves during loading and unloading operations. Load securement and / or tarping will be required.

Safely handle tanker, ISO, flatbed, and dry van operations

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly

Utilize onboard technology and electronic logging systems as instructed

Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time

Comply with ETL accident, spill, and incident reporting procedures

Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
-
Travel to various customer and terminal locations based on operational demands

Assist with additional operational duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements
-
Valid Class A CDL
-
Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required
-
Minimum 2 years of verifiable oilfield tractor/trailer or OOT experience

Experience hauling liquid bulk preferred
-
Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission

Recent driving experience within the last 12 months

Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate

Stable employment history
-
Must be able to pass background screening including MVR and criminal history review

Must be able to comply with customer-specific drug testing requirements, including hair follicle testing if required

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and extended schedules

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work safely in extreme weather and uneven or muddy conditions

Must be able to climb tanker ladders and safely access equipment multiple times daily using three points of contact

Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
