What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Shipping Department Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our production process. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a back-up driver to the main driver and hold a valid Class A CDL license allowing for the operation of large commercial vehicles for local deliveries and pickups
• While not driving you will pack parts and organize loads for shipping, shrink-wrap and secure loads on pallets and tubs
• Learn and/or utilize forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move pallets to shipping floor and load trucks
• Follow established safety, quality, and

production procedures

• Support efficient manufacturing practices and help us meet customer and production goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve problems and improve processesWhat We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates at all experience levels. Training is provided for entry-level roles.

Preferred skills and qualifications (varies by position):

• Interest in or experience with manufacturing, driving and shipping
• Ability to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work safely
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift as required
• Reliable transportation to Roanoke, IL 61561
• Be on time and at work daily as scheduled: Must have great Attendance
• Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
