Jora LLC is a rapidly growing trucking company looking for motivated and professional Class A CDL drivers for Regional Solo 2 and Super Regional Solo 5 routes. We are partnered to haul freight exclusively for Amazon, allowing us to provide the benefits of a large business while embodying the culture of a small one. Amazon provides brand new Sleeper Cabs, outfitted with state-of-the-art safety technology, equipment, logistics software, and on road support to ensure our drivers are the best equipped and prepared.

Earning up to $88,000 per year depending on driving experience and safety record. Our partnership with Amazon provides steady work, full-time hours with over-time and expanded operations during the peak months of November – December.

Our facilities are based in Wallingford, CT and routes will begin and end at our yard, with all loads being Drop and Hook.

• Regional position you will work a consistent 4 day on, 4 days off schedule, spending one night re-setting on the road, then re-setting at home, then another night re-setting on the road, then 4 consecutive days off.
• Super Regional position you will run a 5 day loop tour followed with 2 days off doing all resets during your tour on the road.

Block start times are available in the morning and evenings.

In addition to your hourly pay, there are additional weekly Safety and Performance bonuses. Other key benefits are Paid Time Off (PTO), Health Insurance programs with election dates upon hire, participation in the 401 (k) program that also is available to elect in your 1st month.

CDL Class A Truck Driver Overview:

• Full time employment, averaging 45-55 hours per week throughout the year.
• Regional routes average 1,000-1,200 miles per 4 day block.
• Super Regional routes average 1,800 to 2,500 miles per 5 day block
• All deliveries are drop and hook
• New Diesel Sleeper Cabs with Automatic Transmissions and the latest Safety equipment and driver assistance technology.

CDL Class A Driver, Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate respectfully with gaurd shacks and yard teams at all yards. To understand highway traffic signs and signals in English.
• Must be able to properly fill out reports and enter information into Apps and Newest Technology Provided by Amazon.
• No current CDL suspension or past revocations.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical, Drug Test and Background Check
• Ability to effectively learn and operate GPS enabled software and hardware.
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications.

We are a local small business with the strength and support of a larger company based on our partnership with Amazon. Drivers will have the opportunity to work with an owner passionate about team building, diversity and a culture of safety. Drivers are not employed by Amazon, instead you will be an employee of High Five Logistics, who partners with Amazon.
