Class A CDL Truck Driver

Location: Florence, KY & Cincinnati, OH & Lawrenceburg, TN
Position: Local CDL Class A Driver

• $1,300–$1,625 per week (not including shift premium, paid layovers, etc)
  + Afternoon shift premium (start time between 2pm-midnight)
• + Paid layovers (if required)
• + 100% paid health/dental/vision (adds ~$150–$200 weekly value)

Position Overview:

As a Local CDL Driver, you will play a key role in daily operations by safely transporting freight throughout the Midwest region, including Michigan (MI), Ohio (OH), Indiana (IN), Illinois (IL), and Kentucky (KY). You will represent our brand with professionalism while ensuring timely and secure deliveries to our customers.

• Enjoy steady hours and steady miles
• Take advantage of paid layovers weekly (if required)
• Be home every night when not on a scheduled layover
• Drive newer, well‑maintained equipment
• No touch freight, focus on safe, clean runs
• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Load, unload, and secure freight in accordance with company and DOT standards.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and adapt to changing conditions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and required paperwork (e.g., BOLs).
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
• Report maintenance needs, incidents, or delays promptly.
• Support and mentor new drivers when requested.

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of recent CDL-A driving experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols.
