Class A Flatbed Dispatcher

We are searching for an experienced high energy Flatbed Dispatcher to join our growing operations team in Mantua, OH. You will help in the processing of customer orders as well as the distribution of daily orders to the drivers that are assigned to this region. Attention to detail, excellent people skills, respect for coworkers and a positive attitude are critical traits for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate daily activities of drivers to ensure efficient operations
• Receive, assign, and dispatch orders to drivers in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatched loads
• Assist with preparing and distributing daily route schedules
• Track and manage driver schedules, routes, and customer information
• Monitor driver performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and transportation regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatcher role within the trucking industry
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations for Class A CDL drivers, including Hours of Service
• Experience with ELD systems (preferably Isaac Instruments)
• Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with dispatch software (preferably TMW), load boards, and onboard camera systems
• Experience working with company drivers, independent contractors, and brokerage operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agents, and external partners

Pay: Commensurate with Experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
