100% Owner Operator based company

Dry Van will Gross $5,000-$6,000 a Week

Flatbed will Gross $6,000-$8,000 a Week

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. As an Owner Operator, you will utilize your own semi tractor and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage your own business operations effectively.

Duties

• Operate various types of trucks including flatbed, dry van, step deck, etc.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations while maintaining compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Manage loading and unloading of cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Strong knowledge of flatbed or dry van operations and handling various types of cargo.
• Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and best practices in logistics.
• Proficient in truck driving techniques with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
