Class A Route Driver

We are looking for one Class A and one Class B truck drivers to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner. Monday Through Friday. Home every Day. 40-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Meet delivery schedules
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Valid Commercial driving license
• Ability to obtain a Hazardous Materials Endorsement

Abilty to earn over $3000 in bonuses every year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240.00 - $280.00 per day
