Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class A Transfer Driver/Roll Off Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various heavy-duty trucks, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers, to transport waste and materials efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in commercial driving combined with mechanical knowledge will ensure smooth load and unload operations, contributing to the seamless flow of our logistics network. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of heavy-duty trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers to transport materials and waste.
• Load and unload materials manually or with mechanical aids like flatbeds and roll-off containers, ensuring secure and balanced loads.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to verify safety standards and mechanical condition.
• Drive with precision on manual transmission vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently while maintaining proper weight distribution.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and route documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and pickups across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or tractor-trailers.
• Mechanical knowledge of truck systems for basic troubleshooting and maintenance awareness.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading and unloading processes.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Familiarity with load & unload procedures using flatbeds or roll-off containers.
• Prior delivery driver experience in waste management or construction industries is a plus. Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
