Position Overview

Job Title: Transfer-Truck Driver – Class A CDL
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week, overtime likely)
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Location: Local Routes – Nevada and SW Arizona

A Transfer Truck is a specialized dump truck with a trailer that transfers into the dump bed, designed to haul and deliver up to 25 tons of aggregate material.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Transfer Truck to transport bulk materials from rock quarries to our yard or directly to customer sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries.
• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service at delivery locations.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch to ensure load accuracy and efficient operations.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to uphold company standards.
• Show up on time, ready to work with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Valid Class A CDL (Nevada) with a current medical card.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (required).
• Minimum 3 years of Transfer-Truck experience (strongly preferred).
• A clean driving record with no moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years (verified by DMV Driving History Report).
• Familiarity with local Nevada and Northern Arizona rock quarries and yards (a plus).
