Class A Truck Driver

Overview:
Covington Box & Packaging is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our logistics team. This local driving position offers day travel only—no overnight routes—ensuring you're home every evening. We're looking for a professional driver committed to timely deliveries, vehicle safety, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A vehicles including tractor-trailers and box trucks
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure accurate delivery records and compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain communication with dispatch for scheduling and updates
• Load/unload freight when necessary

Requirements & Skills:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experience with local deliveries
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Good time management and communication skills
