We are hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, regional and dedicated runs east of I-35. We welcome both experienced drivers and drivers with limited or no over-the-road experience who qualify for our paid training program.

Weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,800 (based on experience, route and miles driven)

Paid Training OptionDrivers who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school and meet eligibility requirements receive 3–5 weeks of paid one-on-one training. Training covers:

Safe tractor-trailer handling

ELD compliance & logging

Pre/post-trip inspections

Company policies & proceduresSupervised miles + evaluations before going solo.
Main Responsibilities

Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely and in full compliance with DOT rules
-
Handle mostly no-touch dry van freight (~70% drop & hook)

Meet delivery appointments and maintain high on-time performance

Keep accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip reports

Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues immediately

Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
Requirements

Valid Class A CDL (or proof of 120+ hours completed accredited CDL training and eligibility for sponsored training)

Acceptable driving record with focus on safety

Ability to pass DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug screen
