CDL-A Driver – No Experience Needed – Tyler, TX

Just earned your Class A license? We're actively hiring entry-level drivers with little to no experience in the Tyler area. Get the support and miles you need to build a successful career in trucking. We invest in new drivers. No prior experience required!

Pay

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,600 (based on miles and experience)
• Mileage rate: $0.51–$0.70 CPM (increases with experience)
• Guaranteed 2,500–2,700 miles weekly
• $300 orientation bonus (paid after completion)
• Weekly direct deposit – every Friday

Where You'll Run

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain compliant ELD logs and paperwork
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
• Communicate proactively with your dedicated dispatcher

What You Need

• Valid Class A CDL (recent grads encouraged!)
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Clear drug & alcohol clearinghouse
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
