CDL Driver – Labonte Disposal

Labonte Disposal is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to join our growing waste management team. This position involves operating roll-off, hook-lift, and/or front-load trucks to service residential, commercial, and construction clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate roll-off, hook-lift, and front-load trucks
• Deliver, swap, and pick up dumpsters on scheduled routes
• Service commercial front-load accounts efficiently and professionally
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with DOT regulations
• Maintain clean and organized equipment
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites and at customer locations

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license (with clean driving record)
• Experience with roll-off, hook-lift, or front-load trucks preferred
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and DOT compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
