Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Classified Space Supervisor in the Pascagoula, MS area. 1st and 2nd shifts are available! This position offers a pay rate of $25.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Secret Clearance is required.
• Must be able to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site.
• Foster a superior level of customer relations/service in order to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage account and officer inspections and to assure compliance and meet/exceed our commitment.

The Classified Security Supervisor is responsible for the functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives while on duty.

A Space Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Space Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
