We’re on the lookout for Classroom Leads who are engaging, high-energy, and ready to make an impact.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and confident managing a classroom—whether you’re leading a phonics lesson for little learners. We believe education should be interactive, personalized, and exciting, and we’re looking for teachers who feel the same way.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Academic Lessons

• Deliver hands-on, age-appropriate instruction in core subjects
• Support individual learning styles and help students stay on track

Get Creative in the Classroom

• Use games, projects, cooking, and outdoor play to make lessons fun and memorable
• Bring energy and structure to each day with clear expectations and a positive tone

Work as a Team Player

• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure smooth transitions and successful group learning
• Communicate clearly with parents and be a helpful, positive presence on campus

Adapt and Engage

• Adjust to different learning paces and needs in real time
• Keep students focused, motivated, and moving forward

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Loves working with kids and knows how to make learning fun
Can manage a classroom with confidence and positivity
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally organized
Feels comfortable teaching phonics, reading, and math (especially for early grades)
Is upbeat, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever needed
Enjoys building relationships with students and parents

Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday (in person, full school day)
