Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
• Assist with food preparation for bar snacks, light meals, or catering events, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards
• Set up and break down bar areas before and after shifts, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout
• Support banquet functions or special events by serving food and beverages efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special occasions

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation and presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage warmly with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling safety protocols, and dietary considerations
• Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality background with familiarity in the food industry or restaurant operations
• Barista experience or bartending skills are a plus, demonstrating proficiency in drink mixing and customer engagement
• Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members
