Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors, surfaces, and furniture.
- Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow procedures for the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor of any stock shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct regular cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms, ensuring they are presentable and orderly.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners as necessary.
- Respond to any additional cleaning tasks requested by the supervisor or facility manager in a timely manner.
