Cleaner

• Perform daily cleaning of buildings, common areas, and facilities.
• Assist technicians with basic support tasks as required.
• Collect and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
• Carry out deep cleaning of empty flats before handover.
• Handle loading and unloading of store materials and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and schedules.
