Cleaner

Job Summary

· We are seeking diligent and reliable cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and catering kitchen.

· The cleaners will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and safe for food preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment regularly.

· Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen tools.

· Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.

· Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stored properly.

· Follow hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and accidents.

· Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning duties as required.

· Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

· Previous experience in cleaning kitchens, restaurants, or food production facilities preferred.

· Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in food preparation areas.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and sometimes physically demanding environment.

· Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
