Description

To help us maintain a clean, secure, and friendly atmosphere for our clients and staff, we are looking for a committed and thorough cleaner to join our team. The health and wellbeing of our employees and guests depend on our facilities meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which you will play a crucial part in as a cleaner. As you carry out different cleaning duties on our property, your attention to detail will be essential. This entails, but is not limited to, keeping everything immaculate, setting up cleaning supplies, and reporting any maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness
• Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks, countertops, and furniture
• Clean restrooms, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures during cleaning activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good physical stamina and willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
