Job Summary

Real Clean is looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services at client sites, including offices, homes, and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties at client locations
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and dust all assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
• Valid driver’s license and transportation (if required for travel between sites)
