Cleaner

Silber Arrows is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Cleaner to join our dynamic team and support the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of our facilities.

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment within our production facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to operational efficiency and high workplace standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across various areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling bins on a regular basis.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as required.
• Ensure all areas are free from debris, hazards, and safety risks.
• Assist in monitoring cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Report any maintenance or repair concerns to the appropriate department promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe and proper cleaning practices.
• Physical stamina, with the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to work flexible or non-standard hours when required.
