Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for Airbnb cleanings. This role is more like a hotel housekeeping position. Each clean is time-sensitive, follows a consistent routine, and must meet high standards for incoming guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset entire Airbnb units between guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas)
• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop and sweep hard floors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies and guest amenities as needed
• Complete laundry during every clean. ( towels, sheets, blankets, etc.)
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure consistency and high standards
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
• Preform rotating deep cleans every few visits for extra detail work

Important details:

• Time-sensitive: Clean must be completed during the short window between guest check-out and check-in (typically between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM)
• Availability every day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM is required, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation is required!
• Hours vary day to day and week to week depending on Airbnb bookings
• We'll do our vest to build your schedule as close to part-time or full-time hours as you request, based on your initial availability
• Cleans follow a consistent routine, so once you're trained, the workflow becomes familiar and predictable

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (especially Airbnb or hotel)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Physically able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required!
• Must be able to pass a background check
