Cleaner

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Kitchen Helper to support the Food & Beverage (F&B) team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate will help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
• Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery (manual or machine washing)
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen and dining areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards
• Clean storage rooms, refrigerators, and food service areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic cleaning support
• Report any maintenance or safety issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting items)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
