Cleaner

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, porter, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment, including buffing machines
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
