Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Cleaning Specialists to join the Sueep team. This isn’t your typical housekeeping job; we specialize in Post-Construction Cleaning. You will be responsible for transforming dusty construction sites into pristine, move-in-ready spaces. If you are detail-oriented, have a "get it done" attitude, and aren't afraid of a little dust, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Final & Rough Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning on newly constructed or renovated properties (residential and commercial).
• Debris & Dust Removal: Expertly remove fine construction dust from all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Detailing: Clean windows (removing stickers/paint), scrape floors, and polish hardware to "showroom" quality.
• Specialized Areas: Clean common areas, hallways, apartments, and large commercial spaces.
• Floor Care: Specialized sweeping and mopping to handle construction-grade dirt.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Post-Construction Cleaning or heavy-duty commercial cleaning.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to different job sites (Construction sites change constantly!).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet for long shifts.
• Language: Spanish speaking is a big plus (Buscamos gente que hable español).
• Detail Obsessed: You notice the dust spot that everyone else misses.
