Job Description: Crew Member - Cleaning Technician

Position To Start: December 8, 2025

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Crew Member - Cleaning Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning restrooms, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
• Meeting and exceeding client expectations to ensure top-quality service.
• Working in a fast-paced, team environment to maintain cleanliness and order at client locations.

Job Requirements:

As a qualified Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:

• 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred).
• A genuine desire to please the customer and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work in M.R.E. Cleaning Service t-shirt/polo, khaki pants, and closed-toe shoes.
• Always prioritize safety while working.
• Be proactive and communicate ideas that improve your work process or remove frustration.
• Be punctual and reliable in reporting to work.
• Assist in other locations as needed.
