Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to ensure they remain pristine and safe for foot traffic
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by disinfecting fixtures and surfaces to promote health and hygiene
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or resident needs promptly and professionally
• Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and ensuring all cleaning duties are completed efficiently

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
• Experience with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning is advantageous
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments
• Hotel housekeeping experience or working within hospitality environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
• Previous experience in cleaning services that involve customer interaction enhances your suitability for this role

Pay: $560.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
