Job Summary

We are hiring Cleaners who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' business properties in a professional and timely manner. Our Cleaners are expected to know how to use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively or be willing to learn.

Your main duties will include sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing all assigned areas of client properties.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently, follow instructions, and have a respectful and professional attitude. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we provide paid training for the right individuals!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial spaces.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas according to company standards.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Notify management about necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Travel to customer locations punctually and professionally.
• Dust and clean ceiling vents, surfaces, and countertops.
• Perform floor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize sinks, basins, showers, toilets, and fixtures.
• Polish furniture and accessories as required.
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and inside windows.
• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, and walk throughout the workday, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Flexible with schedules, including weekends and occasional holidays.
• General knowledge of cleaning supplies and methods preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
