Cleaner

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of rental properties. This role ensures all properties meet hygiene standards, follows cleaning schedules, and promptly reports any maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient in managing multiple cleaning tasks.

• Properties Maintenance Cleaning: Weekly
• Cleaning checklist completion: 100%
• Completion Photos: 100%
• Issue reporting timeline: ≤1 business day
• Compliance with cleaning schedule: 95% per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and routine maintenance of properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
• Follow cleaning checklists tailored to property needs (e.g., turnover cleaning, routine maintenance, construction cleaning)
• Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Coordinate with property and project managers for scheduling and access
• Utilize calendars to determine schedule for the day and week

Qualifications

• 2+ year of previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and sanitation practices
• Modest English Language Skills
• Transportation

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
