Cleaner and Technician

Key Responsibilities: (Cleaner)

• Perform deep cleaning of AC ducts, kitchen hoods, water tanks, grease traps, and other facility components
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for each specific task
• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment before and after the job
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and chemicals as per safety protocols
• Follow site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
• Support the technician team when required

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemical handling
• Physically fit to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Willingness to work in confined or high locations (e.g., ductwork, tanks)
• Team player with attention to detail
• Prior experience in specialized cleaning is a plus

Key Responsibilities: (Technician)

• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery (e.g., duct vacuum systems, pressure washers, rotary brushes)
• Inspect systems (AC ducts, hoods, tanks, grease traps) before and after service
• Conduct minor repairs or troubleshooting during cleaning jobs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and client standards
• Record job progress, complete service reports, and obtain client signatures
• Train and guide junior cleaners as needed

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or training in mechanical or facility services (preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in specialized cleaning or facility management services
• Good understanding of HVAC ducts, kitchen extraction systems, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to read job orders and safety instructions
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
