Cleaner cum Bus Attendant (English & Arabic Speaking) – Job Responsibilities1. Cleaning Duties (On Premises)

Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Salary: 1200 to 1500AED

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, and ensure availability of soap, tissues, and other supplies.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and hygienically.
• Disinfect toys, furniture, and high-touch areas as per hygiene standards.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and safely.

2. Bus Attendant Duties

• Assist children in boarding and alighting from the bus safely.
• Ensure seatbelts are fastened and children are seated properly throughout the journey.
• Maintain order and discipline on the bus.
• Escort younger children to and from classrooms/parents to ensure safety.
• Keep the bus clean, tidy, and free of litter after each trip.
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the driver/transport supervisor.

3. Communication (Bilingual – English & Arabic)

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff in both English and Arabic.
• Understand and follow instructions given in either language.
• Provide clear updates to supervisors, drivers, or management when required.

4. Safety & Child Supervision

• Always supervise children while on the bus and in designated areas.
• Ensure no child is left unattended in the bus or school premises.
• Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures (fire drills, first aid, evacuation, etc.).
• Support teachers and staff in ensuring children’s well-being during arrival and departure times.

5. Professional Conduct & Support

• Maintain a polite, caring, and respectful attitude toward children, parents, and colleagues.
• Respect confidentiality of children and families.
• Assist in small tasks assigned by the management when required.
• Represent the organization’s standards of cleanliness, discipline, and child safety.
