Cleaner cum Motorbike Driver

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties at assigned properties and locations.
• Clean and prepare vacant units to ensure they are ready for new tenants.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections of residential units.
• Check and document the condition of units, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings during inspections.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or discrepancies identified during inspections.
• Take photos and prepare basic inspection reports when required.
• Drive a company motorbike to visit properties, transport cleaning supplies, documents, or other materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company motorbike.
• Follow assigned schedules and complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
• Previous experience in cleaning, property inspection, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
