Job Summary

We are hiring a Cleaner cum Rent Collection Assistant responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the premises and ensuring timely and professional rent collection from tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas and office premises.
• Ensure daily hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Collect rent from tenants as per the defined schedule and issue acknowledgements.
• Maintain basic records of rent collected and submit reports to management.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding rent payments and premises-related concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and rent payment delays to the concerned team.
• Handle cleaning materials and collected cash responsibly and securely.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Professional and polite interaction with tenants.
• Honest, reliable, and disciplined.
• Basic communication and record-keeping skills.
