Cleaner cum Security

Job Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties:

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas including floors, toilets, pantry, entrance, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisor.

Security Duties:

• Monitor and control access to the premises (visitors, delivery personnel, vehicles).
• Conduct routine patrols and ensure the safety of people and property.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards promptly.
• Assist employees and guests with directions or inquiries.
• Ensure all security protocols and company policies are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and/or security roles preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and patrol duties.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• English communication skills.
