Helping Hands Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Warrenton, MO. We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others create clean, stress-free homes and workspaces.

This is a physically active position that requires reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for long-term team members who are dependable, communicate well, and are committed to maintaining high cleaning standards in our clients’ homes and businesses.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and office areas
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and hand-wipe surfaces thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles
• Follow assigned schedules, task lists, and cleaning procedures efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members during appointments
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service while working independently or as part of a team
• Report any client concerns, damages, supply shortages, or maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are REQUIRED
• Must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude are non-negotiable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes and businesses
• Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right dependable candidate

What We Offer:

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Daytime hours
• No overnight travel required

Pay:
$16.50–$20.00 per hour based on experience, reliability, and performance.
