Part time position - Located in Manlius, 14 hours per week.

Wage - $17.25/hr

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

- Follow established safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment

- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors

- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
