Cleaner - Part Time - Evenings

JOB TITLE: Cleaner
CLASSIFICATION: Part Time, Non-Exempt
PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Agency Housekeeping
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Cleaning Services Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides quality cleaning services to customers by utilizing supplies and equipment to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, according to daily checklists. Meet customer’s daily and special cleaning needs while performing a variety of daily cleaning duties and special projects and utilizing industrial cleaning equipment. May work flexible hours and sites to ensure coverage for interdepartmental and contract obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:
Ability to perform all job functions

Preferred Education, Training & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in Janitorial functions

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to safely operate equipment including but not limited to floor scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors and commercial power cleaning equipment
Ability to work follow instructions and work independently without constant one-to-one supervision
Attend to own personal hygiene and maintain professional appearance

SALARY:
$16.43 per hour starting rate
